The flower clips I ordered are adorable and of very good quality. I was amazed at the customer service I received! I ordered the clips for a wedding and i was worrying a few days before we were leaving so i sent an email to check on them. they not only replied immediately. They called me and offered to ship them to where the out of town wedding was in case they didn't get here in time. The shipping issue was just due to me ordering late, no fault of the company! Very unusual and appreciated! The clips ended up coming on time anyway but I received another cll to make sure they arrived. I will absolutely use this company for all of my bow purchases in the future. You cannot go wrong!
