I have ordered bows from you for over 4 years. I ordered these bows over 6 weeks ago and have not received them. I have also not received a response to my 2 emails and one phone call. I recommend you to all of my friends with girls but will no longer do so. I understand shipping mistakes happen but your refusal to acknowledge my inquiries is highly unprofessional. I'm sad that I will no longer be able to order from you as I really do love the quality of your bows, but now I have spent my money with you and received nothing in return.
