Easy Returns:
Returns are so easy!
If for any reason
you are not completely
satisfied
with your purchase,
you may return it
within 30 days for
an exchange
or full refund
(less shipping charges).
Simply mail the
purchase back to
us in the ORIGINAL
BOX and we will
issue you a check
or a credit card
refund within 14
days of receipt.
(We cannot accept
worn bows, or mechandise
which has been
damaged in the return
process, i.e. bows
smashed in an envelope.
Bows must be packaged
in
a BOX for us to
accept the return.)
If you are exchanging
an item, we will
charge a $3.00
exchange-shipping/handling
charge. This helps keep our costs down so that we can give you free shipping
on all original purchases. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom
bows, build-a-bows, cheer bows, or embroidered bows. Thank you for your understanding!
